1. Satisfaction & Return Policy:  
   To receive authorization for a return it must be reported to Touch of Flair within 5 days from receipt of shipment.  Returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.  To receive credit, items must be received in original condition.  If damaged, there will be an additional fee based on extent of damages and an additional restocking fee.  For credit card purchases, credit will be issued to purchaser's credit card within 30 days of our receipt and inspection of item.

2. Damages:  
   Damages must be reported by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.  The original damaged box must be saved for inspection by Fed Ex Ground.  If Touch of Flair approves the return of the damaged item, we will replace the damaged merchandise and refund customers return postage costs.

3. Handmade Products:  
   Items are not mass produced and there may be slight differences.  We believe this handcrafted approach gives each of our creations their own style.

4. Privacy & Security:  
   No credit card information is maintained after the sale.  Information you give us is never sold or given to others.  We appreciate your business and respect your privacy.  Therefore, you will never receive an unsolicited email or direct mail from us.

My name is Amanda.  I started this company after watching some of my favorite actors on television talk about global warming and the future of our Earth.  They weren't doing a fundraiser or asking for anything, just taking time out of their busy lives to inform the rest of us of just how bad we've all made things.  

Over the many years our actions have damaged the world we live in.  I for one love Tom Hanks, Steve Martin, Ray Ramano, Leonardo DiCaprio and the list goes on...  But seeing them on TV looking fearful for our future really touched me, more than any role I've seen them play.  This was real. 

The very next day I went out and bought a Hybrid and immediately began to recycle...something I had never done before.  Weeks went by but the look they had in their eyes stayed with me.  My husband and I began talking about finding a way for us to really help.  We knew there was more to be done. 

The fact is 85% of Americans buy candles or receive them as gifts every year.  The scary part of the equation is that 75% of those candles are made with paraffin wax.  This wax is derived from petroleum...oil...thus with every light of one putting the "bad stuff" in our air and in their homes...not so good. 

We thought that by making 100% natural candles, made mostly from soy beans and other vegetables, we help to alleviate that much more of the "bad stuff."  In turn helping our friendly neighbors, yes, the American farmers.  After all, where would we be without them? 

I gave up my 6 figure a year income and decided to give back!  I may not be here when the differences prove to have helped, but my son, your children or maybe our grandchildren will be alive.
